Well,
the good news: It appears the author has started it up again:
A new beginning
the bad news: It's no longer in a chatroom, and takes place in an MMO. =[
...which I suppose could be good or bad news, depending how you view it. =P

Indeed. I believe he started it back up as part of some sort of Daily Grind-like contest, which is a good sign that it'll probably be going for a while again now.

The
Daily Grind isn't as serious as it wants you to believe. I've kept up to date with it (for the most part) and I see people openly flaunt the rules, then complain about the penalties. Half the people still in it should have already been disqualified.

Yeah, it'd be a serious mistake to call me a prude or anything, but I think it's kind of tasteless.

Wow, is it really that bad? I didn't notice. Geez, what does that say about me? But, if it's troublesome, I'll change it.
