One of the many Square SNES-RPGs only released in Japan, though there's a fan translation on the Internets. I believe it's Treasure of the Rudras (not to be confused with Treasure Hunter G, which is also interesting but not as nifty, I thought). It has a custom 'mantra' system for magic, where you enter strings of letters to name your spells. There's a system to set up all the 'real' spells, which are the most effective and efficient, but all strings can have some effect, even if it's just an attack with big weird letters ala 'JAJAJA.'

Also, thank Reako for thinking of being such a smartass with the system. He actually sent both of those to me.
