City of Heroes/Villains

Postby Deeum » Mon Jun 19, 2006 1:27 am

I've noticed quite a few people have started playing these games recently.

IF SO! Who/What/Where is everyone? Why am I asking this? Who knows! Maybe it's to keep up with whoever is playng it.

As for me; I play on Virtue and sometimes Guardian. Sadly, It's only Heroes for now. I lack the ability to play Villains currently. My global name is @Deen if you feel like poking me ingame.

Virtue
Sayrah - Scrapper
Deeum - Defender
Berri Berri Kix - Controller

Guardian
Atomic Berri - Scrapper

I keep thinking your new avatar is from a Megaman game but then I remember.

I demand screenshots of these characters, just for curiosity's sake.

Also, I am too broke to afford this game. Sadness. >:

Image

I saw a man on a motorcycle with an old-style helmet, goggles, a moustache, and a cigar. He looked so British I laughed out loud.

...wait, what were we talking about?
-----

Reako's ability to drag anyone and everyone he knows into his next MMORPG addiction.

... wait, that wasn't quite it either.

The sad thing is, I'm mostly tempted to trial this just for the character creation bit =[

I recall there was a program floating about that was just the character design portion of the game.

CoH/V

Postby Reako Somner » Tue Jun 20, 2006 11:25 am

Well, considering I started this epidemic (yet again) I should post my info.

Global is @Arco Faust

I only exist on the Virtue server officially, though me and Pervy will also play on Triumph when we both have access to a good PC.

It should be noted that Virtue is the unofficial RP server, and it shows. Pocket D, an area made only for RP, is often quite full up there.

Now my villainous characters.

Arco Faust
Enlil Purvis(wtf?!) (mostly used as Pervy's main at my house)
Harupia Darkfeather
Horrigan

HEROICS?!?

Reako (a superhero game would not be complete without at least one Mary Sue)
Trust Buster

This is far more info than is neccessary! But I digress. I still have a CoH free trial code on hand, and is up for grabs, should anyone desire to test drive this game, and continue my mission of spreading my MMO plague everywhere I go.

Why is Tareen a villain? Did someone stick her in a Jello mold with evil flavoring?
-----

I can't recall much other than what Chris told me, but Tareen is there because she doesn't realize everyone is a villain.

Tareen is there because the villians have been telling her she's a super hero.

She doesn't seem to realize she's been batting for the wrong team.

What's wrong with this ring?!

Better late than never, right?

Well, I have like, a billion characters, although I don't give equal billing to all of them. Heck, I don't even give equal billing to my alts.

So, anyway, villians first, since my main is a villian. All characters on Virtue.

Main: Dr.Cavilari , robotics mastermind. Also global chat handle.

Main alt: Alarune, dominator.

Everyone else:
Angry Gentleman, brute.
Tobineko, stalker.
Seirene, corruptor.

And finally, my one and only hero, Caesar Rivenson, controller.

And now, it's time for MASTERMINDS ON PARADE!
Kagemoto-hime, General Schirmherr, Norea (blatant fanservice), and Rose Crimson. Try and guess guess their primary power sets! It's fun for the whole family! And also probably ridiculously easy!

What can I say, I dig masterminds.

Image

Edited by: BrainWalker Image at: 7/13/06 15:31

Rivendare, however, is the win :(

What's wrong with this ring?!

I just recently started this up. I've been swapping back and forth about equally between my two characters, both on Virtue. Leyden (also my global handle), fire/ice blaster, and Idran, gravity/kinetics controller.

No pics handy right now, unfortunately. :(

Of course Rivendare is the win. He's fucking British. I doubt my necromancer will see much use anyway since we've got two others.

Image
