Hi, my name is Nick and I just randomly link stupid crap rather then thinking up things that are actually funny to say.

Anyhoo, it's kinda weird that the "Sonic Hedgehog" thing sounds like a tune outta Metroid. I don't know if that's irony or not.

Yet again, Rube has the eloquence to voice what we are all thinking.

I was just going to edit his post into something angry.

Yes, because a large amount of garbage is better than none at all! Wait, no! Seriously, chillax with the whole "I am funny, I don't gotta make sense, I'll just link sassy images!" stuff. It's really annoying :D

Actually, a high post count is respectable if you post with quality.

The point is, someone like Dia, who has ten-thousand posts of sheer awesome, is far more glorious than someone who has ten-thousand posts of "LOLZ BADGER BADGER MUSHROOM!!"

Nick aims to be the latter.

I'll note that several of my posts suck ass, and I've been flamed when posting logged out and not readily identifiable. It seems to me that people are more ready to find me funny based on whatever.

In other news, this music is kinda neat. Good background music for reading or studying, though a little too toned down for active listening--it's a bit like techno in its vague repetitiveness.

Which part? That someone was bored enough to name a protein sequence after Sonic the Hedgehog or the fact that when run through an MIDI program of some sort you come out with a Metroid-ish theme?

Its kinda nice, by the way. But not "creepy" enough to be Metroid, IMO. Then again, I'm a wuss and every Metroid game ever has freaked me the fuck out. >:{

And here I thought *I* was a wuss for running out of the room screaming during "Signs."

I can usually handle Metroid games. Though the music does make the atmosphere 100 times scarier and more ominous.

Ooooo, ominous.

Image
