Well, I haven't been around here for about six months or so...

How's everyone doing?

Can't complain too much, but then I never can. Either the fact that I have no control over the situation or the fact that I do and am simply to lazy to get off my ass and do something about it precludes the ability to do so. BUt enough of my rambling. I guess the short answer is: I'm doing well, yourself?

I'm failing at everything I do because I can't put forth even the slightest effort to succeed. So, life's just grand for me! <p>[---------------------------]

Zero: Okay :(

Isao: Good to know I'm not the only apathetic one out there.

Cho: Sweet on all three counts.

Dia: Good.

TNG: Apathy again. Good times.

I'm doing pretty good, I finally got my own place. I am living in a little nowhere town called Marion, VA, in an apartment with my older brother. I believe I'm only thirty minutes from the VA/TN border and it's only an hour and fifteen minutes or so from where I used to live, but at least it's not with the parents anymore.

I was enrolled at Virginia Tech this past year, but I'm taking this semester and probably the upcoming semester off to finalize what I want to choose for my major. I have all of my general studies requirements for the university fulfilled, so when I go back I just have to declare my major and take the classes required and I can graduate.

I broke up with my girlfriend of approximately two and a half years during the summer, that was pretty rough. I felt like a little emo Linkin Park kid for a month or two there, but I have finally moved past all of that depression bullshit.

In short, life is pretty good right now, it's actually sort of nice having to worry about bills and such, motivates me to shove the apathy aside and do... stuff.

I guess what sparked me into coming back here was the fact that here I finally have high speed internet (yay), it was very early, and I was very bored. Not to insinuate this place is somewhere I go only when bored, I was trying to think of places that weren't boring and RPGWW popped into my head ^_^

Edit for TNG because you felt it necessary to post while I was replying to everyone >:(

Wow, I still have that avatar on my webspace? That's surprising, actually.

Oh, yea, and um, welcome. Or something. <p><div style="text-align:center">Image</div></p>Edited by: [url=http://p068.ezboard.com/brpgww60462.showUserPublicProfile?gid=brainwalker>BrainWalker</A]&nbsp; Image at: 10/20/05 16:44

I think it's actually TGN, not TNG. Though I have the capacity to edit your post to correct this, I decided not to, because it bestows the humorous nickname 'Ting' upon Nev, which is decidedly more interesting to vocalize as well as type. <p><span style="font-size:xx-small;">"It's in the air, in the headlines in the newspapers, in the blurry images on television. Indeed, that's why I said that. I've said TNG or "Ting" as logn as I've known Nev. <p>

I *knew* that someone here already had the nickname "Ting!" I just couldn't remember who it was, and was actually half hoping that others had forgotten so that Nev could be its 'new' owner. Fate does my dirtywork for me! <p><span style="font-size:xx-small;">"It's in the air, in the headlines in the newspapers, in the blurry images on television. TNG = the new guy. Nev was quite insistent that he was "the new guy," for like, months after arriving. Even though he was accepted as a regular all quick-like.

That jerk!

Am I the only one who remembers these things? D= <p>

I, alas, do not remember these things. This is mainly because I'm newer than Nev by a good margin. Only been here 'bout a year. <p>-------------------------
