Basically a Character Interaction rp where people rp their more neglected characters. Maybe in a tavern, or an inn, maybe a market place.

Would get some not-so-used characters some rping time.

How's that sound? Just some random brain fart that popped up, nothing REALLY big, just a casual rp where the characters talk, maybe walk around the enivronment, but basically they use characters that haven't been used.

Just to see if it was possible I decided, at Kates urgings, make a DF character in the GURPS world. Now while the results were not perfect the point value was....astronomical. I did it. The only sources used were GURPS Lite, GURPS Supers, and Brians vast stores of GURPS knowledge. To give any non-GURPS player an idea your average run of the mill person is 25 points and your standard hero is around 100.

It's just a little something I've been wondering about lately. I mean, holy spell casters recieve their powers from devine beings, and wizards use arcane knowledge and an attunation to the astral plane to cause their spells to happen... But what does your character actually do? Do they wave their hands and recite an incantaion? Trace out an arcane sigil in the air while naming the spell? What?

I know it's not a major issue, but Skull Dragon, Ronin and I have come across a somewhat sticky problem: should changing weapons be counted as a free action at the beginning of a combat? (Obviously not any time at all, as a character could attack with a sword to do more damage and then switch back to a quarterstaff to increase his PA, thus making a big ol' exploit of the system.)
