Okay Dokey. I don't have a good grip on Philsys yet and this is the first time I've tried to do a character with magic so any feedback/comments/pointing out of glaring errors would be appreciated.

I'm on a roll, apparently. Mariah is created for Shini's RP, since none of my pre-existing characters could make it. That, and since none of my characters right now are complete, I really don't have any business making new ones. Oh well.

Okay, I'll warn ya right off the bat of two things.
1) I barely had ANY clue how Philsys works when I started this, so there's bound to be a few billion things that need tweaked.
2) I need to learn how to condense a backstory a little, so for scrolling's sake I'll be making that particular section (10 paragraphs long. O_O;; ) in extra-small font.

What's the point of Philisys in a text RP? Do I have to use it?

Now, while there are no rules in PS prohibiting mages from slinging spells while wearing full plate armor, I was wondering how the other GMs out there deal with it. Do you have any rules of your own that you use, or is it simply a non-issue?

To make sure I don't disrupt Igea with an out-of-place character, I would like to ask the following:

Is there a concentration/hometown/country that speaks the Shakespearen Old English? Something like:
"As you, good folks of RPGWW will have guessed, thy world will soon be graced by another abomination from the cesspool that is wkz's mind. Thy courtesy will be sorely tested to thine limits"

I'm doing a single post for each character because that makes them easier for me to search through and update.

No! It deleted my hugely long and highly edited post because I tried to link Nick Shogun's image! I guess I should have known better.
Is it at all possible to get the post back? I was tweaking it, and since my only copy of the character sheet is right now five hundred miles away from me, I can't do much of anything about re-posting it and re-editing it anytime soon.
